The political debate on marriage is affected by certain related moral issues.
'Defend Marriage' does not only oppose 'same sex marriage'. We also oppose all other attempts to degrade true marriage or create 'marriage alternatives' such as and 'civil unions', 'domestic partnerships' whether for couples of the same sex or opposite sex. We also oppose all sexual relationship outside of true (heterosexual) marriage - including all forms homosexual behaviour and all recognition of homosexuality in law. We also oppose all pornography and commercialisation of sexuality.
